Rabi-Ribi Wikia

A number of buffs can be obtained from members of Rabi Rabi Town once they join (which expire after 300 seconds), and many debuffs will be inflicted on Erina during gameplay. Town members with an asterisk next to their name sell buffs that are part of a set sold by Miru for 25,000 en, and lasts another 30 seconds (330 in total).
