As Erina's master and Miru's older sister, Rumi is kind and gentle. She is regarded as the leader of the town, secretly protecting the peace. She has the power of telepathy.

Bio

Appearance

Rumi is a young woman with a developed figure and gentle slanted brown eyes. Her long blonde hair is worn loose with choppy bangs and forelocks, and a curled cowlick. She wears white bunny hair ornaments with pink ribbon.

Normally, she wears a white and pale pink mini-dress with a longer layer over it and a tiny carrot charm on a yellow bow at the center of her chest. She also wears a gold bracelet, a white collar with yellow ribbon, and a pink frilly bolero. Her cherry pumps are paired with white and pink striped stockings.

Personality

Gentle and very kind, Rumi adores Erina and was very worried over her disappearance. She sometimes playfully teases those she is close with.

Abilities and Powers

In a manner similar to Kotri, Rumi fights indirectly with options that attack for her. In Rumi's case, her options are four flowers, with which she can perform numerous attacks.

Attacks

• Flower Summon: Rumi summons four flowers of various colors (red, blue, yellow, and green) that perpetually circle around her.
• Flower Petals: Rumi makes the flowers go to the center of the screen. The flowers float around the center of the screen in a circle, firing lasers. The lasers go from dim to bright; Erina can pass through them if they're dim, but will be hit by them if they're bright.
• Flower Pollen: Rumi makes the flowers go up into the air. The flowers drop square-shaped clusters of bullets of their respective colors onto the field. They drop these clusters one at a time, but every other two clusters the flowers drop are larger than the last two.
• Seed 'em Up: Rumi jumps high into the air and a red pentagram envelops her; the flowers spin around her wildly as they fire bunches of bullets that expand outward in a circular fashion. Erina's given the ability to fly around the screen on her hammer when this happens, using Ribbon's magic to hit Rumi, momentarily turning the game into something akin to a shoot 'em up game.
• Red Barrier: Rumi conjures a red sphere that surrounds her whole body. Erina can still hit her, but the barrier will hurt Erina whenever she touches it.
• Flower Revolution: Rumi the flowers go up in the air, right under Erina. Lines of bullets jut out either side of each flower; the bullets move as if they're revolving around their respective flowers. The flowers continually go up and down to the bottom of the field, forcing Erina to dodge them.
• Flower Fireworks: Rumi make the flowers position themselves in random places high in the air. The flowers fire bullets that expand outward every time they stop in place; first, they fire bullets in a simple cross shape, but get more elaborate every time.
• Flower Planet: Rumi makes the flowers position themselves in the center of the screen; the red flower stays in the center, while the three other flowers perpetually circle around it. The red flower fires bullets of various colors in a ripple-like fashion. The "ripples" go from dim to bright; Erina can pass through them if they're dim, but will be hit by them if they're bright. While this is happening, the other three flowers are perpetually firing lasers whilst circling around the red flower.
• Flower Ripples: Rumi makes the flowers go high into the air. The flowers move about in an ovoid fashion; as this is happening, the flowers fire bullets in a ripple-like fashion. The "ripples" go from dim to bright; Erina can pass through them if they're dim, but will be hit by them if they're bright. The "ripples" keep going; when they reach the floor, they'll create small backdrafts of bullets Erina must be careful of, as they never go dim when the ripples that create them go dim.
• Flower Chains: Rumi makes the flowers go up in the air. The flowers perpetually spin around in a circle as they fire ring-shaped bunches of bullets that home in on Erina.
• Flower Arcs: Rumi makes the flowers go up in the air. The flowers fire curved streams of bullets while massive arcs of bullets circle about them.

• Her name and her sister's names are reversible.
• Rumi's Seed 'Em Up attack momentarily turning the game into a shoot 'em up references the Touhou Project, a bullet hell shoot 'em up video game series that served as one of the primary inspirations for Rabi-Ribi.
